I'm using a Lenovo IdeaPad 330 laptop. The battery display shows zero percentage, and the actual capacity is very low. Should I replace it? If yes, where should I purchase a reliable one?

It looks like the battery is completely depleted. Where can I buy a battery online? I tried Lenovo service center, but the price was too high—around 8500 Rs. Are there any other online options or brands I should consider?

I have personally encountered third-party laptop batteries, and I believe they are a poor investment. They usually last only around nine months before failing, and some arrived dead regardless of the seller. Now I stick to purchasing genuine OEM batteries for my laptops.

where should i buy authentic oem batteries? i searched amazon, flipkart and other sites but i'm not sure which ones sell genuine ones.

Absolutely in agreement with this, it has always been my experience too. In the end, these batteries cost significantly more than OEM ones since you need to purchase a large quantity. I would only think about buying from iFixit, but that's all.
