I encountered a problem with a specific driver that doesn’t load, causing random freezes—sometimes once a day, sometimes twice or even three times. It occurs anytime, whether I’m browsing the web, writing code, or playing a game. Everything freezes completely, with no response from the mouse or keyboard. My only fix is a hard restart by holding the power button. The issue persists even after a clean PC reset, and I only have a few programs installed now. It might be related to the hardware itself?

But I reinstalled windows on my clean reset with all drives. After a few days the error returned... so it must be the hardware. Could the tips of the chatbot still assist in that situation? I don’t think the issue is due to hardware incompatibility or insufficient power.
Also disconnect all drives except the one you wish to use for the OS during a clean installation. This also removes any drives that are not functioning properly. Unplug the data and power cables from every drive prior to the Windows clean install!
Sure, I can help with that. You should perform a clean Windows installation by using the settings menu and then installing via a USB drive with the Windows installer.
