These are the software tools from the Dell driver website that I was advised to install (maybe I wasn't keeping up). Here are the links:

Are any of these connected to my driver crashes?
Execute CMD with administrative privileges and enter the following command: 'sfc /scannow'. The above command will resolve any Windows corruption detected. Please inform me if any issues are identified.
It found corruptions now . But so it did in the previous scans too ..guess they are not the source of the problem .
That's an example of a line that appeared previously as well :

for the intel device i aim to upgrade the intel chipset drivers for the cpu.
the other vendor seemed to be an hp product.
(hp printer linked to a usb port?)
i would open windows control panel -> device manager, locate the hidden devices option and turn it on.
then search for all grayed-out devices, select them and delete their software. This approach can assist if the issue stems from a removed usb device. (these are only visible in this scenario and the driver remains active, which may cause complications)
the solution would be to refresh the intel chipset drivers (for usb).
next, install the updated driver for the hp device before connecting it.
if the hp device is still connected, you might open windows device manager, right-click the device, choose power management, and instruct windows not to let the device sleep to conserve power (a common workaround).
after updating the intel drivers, you may also need to refresh the motherboard bios. The bios handles usb setup and activates certain sleep modes.
Here are the suspicious devices you discovered. Please let me know what to remove and what not to remove.
Also, your manual driver updates from Dell seem to have addressed the problem, as the Intel chipset driver no longer appears to be the issue.
