Greetings, I'm experiencing significantly reduced frame rates in the game Escape from Tarkov when utilizing medium to high graphics settings. My system specifications are as follows: an RTX 2080 Super, Intel i7-8700 processor, 16GB of RAM, Windows 10 operating system, and a power supply unit rated at 850 watts. I typically achieve approximately 40 frames per second, and it’s frustrating to observe that users with less powerful graphics cards are consistently obtaining higher frame rates. I’ve ensured I am employing the most recent drivers. Thank you.

Absolutely. The central processing unit supplies power to the graphics card. If it’s being utilized by other applications, this will decrease the number of frames sent to the graphics card.

I haven't tested a lot of these, but
I’ve included screenshots from tests I performed measuring my computer's performance when it was inactive, and while a game was running.
You can view them here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/23148166 and https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/23148357
Would you consider these tests to be representative of my system’s performance?

Your memory is operating at a speed of 2667MHz, not 3200MHz. Access your computer’s BIOS settings and activate XMP. Furthermore, your solid-state drive is significantly overcrowded; you should aim to have a minimum of 15% available space.

Your computer’s background processing is currently consuming a significant amount of processor power (66%), and this will negatively impact performance.

At 2666 MHz, utilizing a H370 chipset represents the maximum achievable speed.
