Certainly. The central processing unit provides power to the graphics card. If it’s being utilized by other applications, this will decrease the number of frames sent to the graphics card.
To investigate activity running in the background, could you check your task manager? And if the CPU isn't the cause, do you believe my graphics card’s benchmark scores are satisfactory, or should I examine them further?
