Yeah, that's really not what I expected. My goal is to lower costs. I don't want to become wealthy without a solid reason. (That's why the charity aspect matters.)
Not going against common sense... Fans tend to pick up indie games when they're really affordable just to try them out. When word gets around, you can raise the price later. It's similar to early access—cheap during alpha but pricier once it's fully released.
What I said seemed a bit complicated. But honestly, it can be made simpler.
This shows how many developers worked on projects like Minecraft and Arma games.
I’d just wait for the price to drop before purchasing. I’m not sure it would perform well.
