I just purchased my 9700K about two days ago, but I've noticed it's not utilizing turbo boosting at all—it's stuck at 3.6Ghz regardless of what I do. I haven't changed the BIOS settings and double-checked that speed stepping and Intel Turbo Boost are enabled. The motherboard is an ASUS Strix ROG Z390 Gaming-F. I don't have access to your current settings. Please check your Windows settings or run a command like "wmic os get powerplan" to find out.

Wouldn't the power plan be set to the highest level? Or is it already configured like that? I don’t understand German.

It seems there could be a BIOS update available for your board. This might resolve the issue, which appears to be a software glitch in the motherboard.

Your Z390 motherboard hasn’t arrived yet, so you haven’t had a chance to install it. You might be able to locate instructions online for "how to update ASUS motherboards" as there aren’t many resources available for this model at the moment.

Hey there, little update! The issue is fixed—BIOS update really helped. Performance jumped to around 4.6Ghz now! I used the Ez Flash feature, went to the BIOS, and ran the tool; everything worked perfectly. Thanks for your support!
