I already have the best performance configurations set. I observed that in the throttle stop view, with BD ProChot enabled, the CPU would increase to 3.9 GHz and hold for about 20 seconds before dropping back down—no idea why it would decrease even when the laptop wasn’t under any throttling.
I believe it's resolved. I'm going to try a game round in RQ to check if the CPU maintains a consistent speed.
