Turn off all additional storage devices, install a live operating system such as Windows 10 PE or Linux. Make a backup of your drive. The BIOS isn't Windows, clearly the M.2 is vying with your HDD for the D: slot. Open Computer Management, Disk Management, and allocate the M.2 to E: drive. Assign the HDD to D: drive.
