It feels familiar, like revisiting old games such as Hind and Seek. That sense of comfort comes from hiding and listening. The game is enjoyable since most players struggle or constantly chase the top spot, and it offers solid playability. However, improvements are needed.
Nothing enhances it. The action is poor, it appears very dull and repetitive, it works poorly, most of the time there’s almost no movement (happy looting the same houses for identical items over and over again, what a waste of time). I really can’t grasp why people love this game... And don’t forget the price—30 euros! A bargain? Or not... Shut up.
In what way is the shooting bad? Sometimes there are some server issues but 100 people in one area is understandable. The graphics are nothing special but there not bad and it's about the gameplay. Performance could be better but it is much better than when the game was first playable. I was playing the test server on the new map and I thought it was running real nice. There is only no action most of the time if you play like a pussy. The game is tense allot of the time, doing well is deeply satisfying because the stakes of dieing are so high. Many people enjoy looting houses. Again depending on how you wana play, you can drop in a populated area and not have to spend the start of the game just looting but some people enjoy that. Even if you win, the games tend to last 40mins and you can get plently of action in that time and the action is more exciting than say CoD because it's not constant all the time, because it's unpredictable and again because the stakes are so high. If you don't enjoy the game thats fine but to imply it's a boring game is silly
For me, the gameplay doesn't feel the same as in CSGO or GTA. I can't really put my finger on why. Thirdly, the visuals (style over texture) make me lose interest quickly. So I don't want to keep playing it. Fourth, my system is decent, but with a 1070 it's not great compared to others on Steam—how can something this basic be so popular? Fifth, when I played with friends, we always went to places few others visited, hoping to find loot without danger. Looting feels repetitive, and if you want to win, you have to risk it eventually. The tension is usually gone, and the chances of dying from far away are low, which makes spotting enemies less exciting. It's just monotonous, and rewards are rare. I tend to follow my friends and stay in the car instead. Sixth, I think less action is better than constant action, though I believe there should be more variety than in games like PUBG. CSGO offers a good balance of pacing, and GTA has its own rhythm. Seventh, it's just not my vibe—this game doesn't really engage me anymore.
They're aiming for a more authentic gaming experience compared to CSGO. Have you ever fired a real gun? Shooting in PUBG feels closer to real-life shooting than what you'd do in CSGO. There are some adjustments to the weapon mechanics, but overall it works well with a solid CPU. I often play PUBG with friends during our monthly LAN sessions. The host uses a powerful 2500k GTX 980, while I play on a laptop with an i5 7300HQ and GTX 1050Ti, and my own machine runs an i7 6700HQ with GTX 1060. All three setups run PUBG smoothly, rarely dropping below 50 FPS.
