Heeellloo. I experienced the same issue. It seems like you're missing 144(240) hz, but it looks like you actually have 60. However, you're definitely supposed to be 144(240) with stable FPS. My PC is an i7 9700k RTX 2070 Ballistix sport, 3200 MHz Samsung Evo 970 Chieftec Protone 750W. I've tried numerous fixes: swapped SSDs, changed Windows versions, updated GPU, upgraded to M.2 SSD, adjusted RAM, modified motherboard, switched monitor to 240Hz from 144Hz, experimented with internet connections and settings in Nvidia Panel. I searched extensively online, checked my frame rate, and even played games like Fortnite, CS:GO, and Valorant. Some friends had the same problem, but no one found a solution. I even moved to another house to test it, but it didn't help. I suspect the issue might be related to power supply or grounding. People in the CIS community have shared videos asking for help, but nothing worked. I considered it could be an electrical problem, and some tried DIY grounding setups. Now there aren't many options left. My CPU is i7, power supply is questionable, and I'm worried about potential damage from bad electricity. Eventually, I gave up and sold my computer. A year later, I plan to build one from scratch, hoping this problem doesn't arise again. Before purchasing, I'll consult an electrician to check my apartment's wiring. Hopefully, someone will find a solution soon. Sorry for the English issues—I sometimes rely on translators.

I also encountered the same problem. After spending hours troubleshooting, I discovered that my RAM was set to 2133 instead of the standard 32-3600. I wasn't sure why it was at 2133, but after updating it in the BIOS, the games worked fine. Hope this resolved the issue. Good luck!
