It began with the installation of the mods or shortly afterward. You might want to clean your mods with TES5EDIT.

My personal mod collection arranged with Loot. The extra RAM patch isn't included in SKSE, but belongs to the ENBSeries. Just enable it to turn off graphics upgrades and set ENBLocal.ini to "UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true" http://modwat.ch/samfisher#/plugins

You've got Convenient Horses set up. Have you checked the latency test from Nexus? I remember it's recommended to stay under 70ms.

I adjusted the SKSE Memory Patch settings as follows: [General]ClearInvalidRegistrations=1[Show Texture Texture Resolution=2048[Memory]Default Heap Initial Alloc=768scrapHeapSizeMB=256. It seems one of the mods I use now requires this configuration, and it no longer crashes at all. Thanks everyone!

Disregard me, I’m just too silly to read all the answers...

^^This. ENBoost http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38649/? <-- Old releases on nexus only http://enbdev.com/ <-- Mod authors site where newer versions are found. Not the easiest thing in the world to install, and the walls of text don't help the uninitiated as much as one would think IMO. *NVM apparently issue is sorted.

There wasn't a patch available in SKSE, but it was known as Sheson's Memory Patch.

EnBoost focuses on VRAM management. SKSE handles RAM operations. Sheson's Memory Patch was integrated into SKSE previously, but you can operate it independently if you don't require SKSE features. Note: ENBoost can be used without full ENB capabilities by setting the appropriate option in enblocal.ini to enable VRAM optimization.
