Certain adjustments can really slow down the CPU and GPU, particularly for effects like drawing distance and grass. If you're comfortable disabling them, go ahead.

This means the Core i5 works well at speeds under 150 FPS. Going over 150 FPS in GTA 5 often causes noticeable stuttering.

However, OP claims that achieving over 45 frames per second is an issue?

It seems like you're asking about price limits and resolution expectations. The numbers you mentioned suggest a focus on affordability and high frame rates, possibly indicating a desire for budget-friendly or performance-focused content.

Checking if VSync is off. Maybe there’s extra RAM nearby that could help with GTA.

I just looked at my temperatures and usage stats, but NZXT CAM wasn't functioning. Interestingly, my frame rate was much higher (checked with Steam FPS counter). After turning off the Steam FPS counter to test, everything ran smoothly with no drops or stutters.

Ensure Game DVR is turned off on your Windows 10 setup. Many users face issues since it struggles to distinguish between RAM and storage capacity.
