there are many complaints about it, just search online and read through the details. it’s not that complicated.
the vertical sync setting is linked to our V-Sync entry in the specs dictionary. turning this off disables the FPS lock for refresh rate. if you’re seeing a 60FPS lock, it’s probably due to this issue.

you know that most online games have updates, and you can't play until those are applied? For example, patch 7.1 for WoW comes out on Tuesday. I won't be able to play until I get that update installed.
It's strange, really—my frame rate never exceeds 60 fps and I'm certain VSync is off unless it's accidentally enabled in the settings menu. Even when I set it to ultra 110 resolution, my GPU and CPU aren't pushing their limits. Maybe the issue lies with CrossFire in this game or the profile settings for me.
