Try changing your PSU to observe the difference. Also, consider using wall power to move your computer around in your home and see if that makes a difference.

The wall device I have has a fuse connected to it where my PC is plugged in. If the system indicates an issue, it could mean either the device itself is faulty or the power outlet is defective.
