I only added two 970 Evo 1TB drives to my board so they can hold both game files and the main C: drive.
what brand and model is this power supply unit, and what are its CPU/GPU temperatures while playing a game?
This power supply is the Corsair RM850x. It has an 80 PLUS Gold certification and can handle up to 850 Watts. The unit comes in a fully modular ATX form factor and it's black. My test showed that temperatures never went above 70 degrees on either side, but they stayed around 50 to 60 degrees during testing.
UserBenchmarks: Game is 245%, Desk is 105%, and Work is 264%. The CPU is an Intel Core i9-10900K at 102.7%. The GPU is a Nvidia RTX 3080-Ti at 245.8%. The hard drives are Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB, one showing 332.2% and the other 339.2%. The RAM is Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 with 2x8GB at 92.7%. The Motherboard is Asus ROG STRIX Z490-E GAMING. For more info
Looks fine. What game is that playing? Is it set to a specific resolution? Are you connecting two monitors together?
Destiny 2 and COD wars run fine on any PC no matter the game, but my one monitor setup has issues. I'm using a LG 27L850 with a DisplayPort cable, so maybe that's wrong? Check this out at that link to see if it helps. Honestly, even downgraded my RAM to 16GB and things are still acting weird.

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem. It's been going on for over a year now. I'm starting to think nothing is wrong and it's totally normal. I've tried checking my PC 1000 times and there is absolutely no fault. My games stutter, but the frame rate only drops from 144 to 140 when the time between frames goes from 11 ms down to 55 ms. You can see in my profile that I just posted a question about this issue. By any chance did you get it working? If this problem even actually happens...
