Still no solution, I'm pretty sure I've tried everything but believe its in my eyes! It's mental though because my rig is high-end and I'd expect anything to fail. I've had it for a year or more too. Honestly, don't know what else to do right now.

Dude, I am exactly like everyone else. I've posted many times on Reddit with the same username for reference. My PC is not low-end at all, yet games still lag or stutter even when they shouldn't. I feel confident saying there is no problem here if you want to test it yourself. We can compare our MSI Afterburner settings (with framerate and frame time) after playing a few AAA titles in some triple-A games.

Use Task Manager and Resource monitor to see how your computer works. Use both programs, but only open one at a time. Open the tool window and just watch what is happening there; wait until everything stays steady. Move the window around and start playing a game again, then keep watching for when things stay stable with little activity left. Then move the window left or right and see which changes happen on the system that match any stuttering or lag. See exactly what resources are being used, how much they use (%), and what each specific thing is consuming from them. Also notice all programs running in the background. It might take some tries to understand everything at first, but you'll get better once you know these tools well. Process Explorer (Microsoft free) could also help out too. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s-explorer

I made an account just to say I have the exact same problem as you, except mine is a specific LG monitor called the 27gl850. This screen has really bad overshoot that won't go away unless you run at 144 hz. Anything slower looks choppy or stuttery. Actually, I own two other freeSync monitors that are also G-sync compatible, but they don't work well with me either. Some people might not notice the issue until it happens, but I definitely do. Even when I just play normal games without using G-sync, this LG screen causes serious screen shaking and stuttering without dropping my frame rate (I used RTSS or another method to get a steady, flat frame graph). And every other freeSync monitor I own suffers from the same problem too! I don't know if they messed something up in the driver that makes 30 series cards bug when using G-sync compatible, or if it's just with freeSync monitors not having that compatibility set. But something is clearly wrong here. Before upgrading to my RTX 3070 Ti, I used a GTX 5700 XT and didn't have those issues at all. Something is wrong either with my card, my monitor, or both of them. This combination makes me want to go back to the console. Wow, I wasn't having so many problems playing games for over thirteen years just on consoles. Now I've been using a PC for three years and nothing but trouble. Lots of people don't actually buy or play AAA games; they only play their favorite free-to-play games or old-school classics. So not everyone knows about these issues, which is why there isn't an answer online for this kind of problem.

Hey friend, I feel really annoyed. You get that feeling too? It's actually been happening before with another screen. I'm only beginning to realize how frustrating this is. I don't know what else to try...
