I've noticed these brief pop-up windows appearing and vanishing quickly, which is starting to concern me. I thought they might be a fast update or patch, but since they keep showing up, I'm curious about their cause. I ran a complete scan with AVG and Malwarebytes, but nothing came up. It doesn't happen very often—perhaps just once a day—but it becomes irritating and raises my worries about possible harm. Another person mentioned the same issue, but no solution has been found yet. Thanks.

It occurs unexpectedly, like when I was playing Skyrim. I didn’t notice any changes happening. I assumed it might be getting ready for the Windows 10 update, but now it seems to be happening more often. This has happened several times, and each time it was random.

I'm not overly worried about what I'm downloading, so I don't think it's a virus. To be honest, I haven't really been unsure about it for about six months.

I've encountered this before. My server displays a CMD window and it's only loading AMD drivers.

Is there any written text on it? It seems to be completely blank when it occurs. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is related to NVIDIA drivers. However, since it happens so quickly, I’m struggling to notice it.

Occasionally it happens and other times it doesn't.

You're seeing limited results because your Steam downloads are sparse. Focus on checking for specific game files, audio drivers, and Logitech peripherals in the event viewer. Look for recognizable assets or logos to narrow down what you're missing.

Also when I play Witcher 3 it crashes, which is really frustrating. Otherwise it doesn't happen with other games.
