It began for me today as well. I just added the Zotac Firestrom driver, which might be the reason.

Based on what I've noticed so far, this has happened around 6:04 pm and again at 8:04 pm. I didn't see it earlier, though I suspect there might be a pattern of every four hours. EDIT: 9:04 pm too... So my assumption is roughly every hour.

Same problem again, after the latest update around 1703 that I applied recently. Running a complete scan with Windows Defender now. Uncertain what’s triggering this. It’s moving too quickly for me to even comprehend the output in the command prompt. I’m considering creating an OBS recording after the scan and playing it back in slow motion to investigate further.
