The DRAM indicator flashes continuously upon startup and the boot process stalls. I tested each of the four slots individually, changing one at a time, but consistently received the same DRAM LED signal. When it was first released, the 2700x received attention for not booting properly due to high RAM speeds. You might need to reduce the RAM speed to better suit the system. AMD claims support up to 2933MHz, but I suspect lowering it to around 2888MHz with two sticks could work. Trying 2666 with four sticks seems like another option.
