I changed the display port cable and removed one RAM stick, which showed the motherboard splash screen but not anything else. I can now access the BIOS.
Turned off EXPO on both devices, but after restarting they still couldn't show the motherboard display.

When I notice a change—like pulling out or putting back a RAM stick—it starts to boot slowly. After restarting, it tends to speed up. I’ve tried Windows three times now, but the issue isn’t reliable and often occurs after waiting a long time before trying to turn it on again.
I've tested multiple RAM modules but haven't seen a reliable result. You have two 16GB sticks, and after swapping one for the other, Windows started but didn't show up when you power off and restart.
I experimented with various slots and found A2 and B2 to be the only ones functional. I attempted using just one stick in A1, which caused a yellow DRAM light that wouldn’t turn off. I don’t have any spare RAM available. Asked a friend if they could lend it to me quickly.
