It was entirely a driver problem. After fixing my display, a free sketchy VPN client (Psiphon) started up and everything functioned again. Turning it off confirmed the issue was resolved. It wasn’t the solution I hoped for, but it worked when it did. I only use it to access Reddit on school Wi-Fi.
