Set up a fresh system and chose the Deep Cool LS720. I linked its ARGB header to the motherboard’s 5v ARGB header, but the AIO isn’t showing up in any RGB software to adjust the Rainbow RGB settings. I reached out to Deep Cool support, who said it can’t be their AIO and must be a motherboard component. Has anyone faced this problem? My board is the Asus Tuf x670E-plus with v1601 beta firmware, and I’ve installed the latest chipset drivers for my CPU 7800X3D.
Aura sync (armory crate and standalone versions) fails to display the header in the software. I changed the header to another functional one, but it still doesn't appear. Aura only displays the RAM and GPU details. Using Signal RGB shows major components but not the header either.
It's quite odd here. Can you check the BIOS settings? Make sure it's current too. It seems Aura needs to install modules for each device, and it doesn't automatically download them for control. https://rog.asus.com/articles/guides/how...aura-sync/
Only thing I see in the bios RGB related is just when the RGB lights should be turned on and when they should be off in an soft-state. Also the bios is up to date with the most updated "beta" bios. So i'm thinking since its a beta bios, that might be the reason. Yeah I've contacted ASUS support team, online chat guy was nice enough to try for an hour but he just escalated my ticket to higher up so waiting for their response.
Just reinstalled the Aura sync and reviewed the module updates. Everything appears current. It looks like the RGB cable might be defective on my AIO or there could be an issue with the MB. I might have removed the argb cable to prevent seeing the rainbow output. Thanks for your feedback!
