the idea that it's the motherboard that's the problem is pretty silly. In my experience, it wasn't about the software—it was just that my RAM was set to light blue instead of puke. Eventually I got a new board (MSI), and GSKILL worked properly again. The 'mobo' remembered the color I chose. It's funny how GSKILL is the only one that actually functions well for this RAM, while openRGB doesn't. P.S.: by the way, GSKILL software is also better than openRGB overall—way smoother patterns and easier to use. Even the music feature works! V_20221121_2144552.mp4
