Consider the overall situation regarding earnings and competition. People once sought rewards or challenges, but now issues like lag, aimbots, and automated play dominate. Many felt overlooked or treated unfairly in past gaming environments. Any veteran players with experience from earlier times might have insights.
I partially concur, yet I still think it's merely games and gamers changing.
That sort of stuff just pisses me off, I don't see any satisfaction in cheating to get somewhere
Lag switches and aimbots appeal mainly to those who aren’t skilled. I haven’t tried them, but I get why bots can be tempting—some people just want shortcuts instead of working hard. This game used to have strict rules against such tools, as seen in Runescape when many players were banned. Prestige hacks likely serve similar purposes, targeting players who prefer convenience over effort. People often get lazy and skip the real challenge, which is why these tools persist.
I agree, hey atleast someone somewhere is possibly learning to code.... instead of robotwars MMObotwars or.....battlebots
While hooked on WoW, my friends thought I was odd because I declined handouts. What I find strange is that I really enjoyed playing the sucking game, honestly it was fun!
