Consider running the processor in a different setup or purchasing a replacement. If it starts up, the 3600 appears to be faulty and should be returned.

I don't understand what it is, but I've experienced quite poor fortune with MSI B550 motherboards. Even when they function well, I tend to encounter faulty ones more often than expected. You might want to check if the board itself is defective—could you ask a friend who has a CPU you can lend? Also, note that the CPU voltage indicator sometimes activates when the RAM is faulty. Try using less RAM to see if the issue persists.

You’re unsure about the issue. I’ve already checked the RAM stick and updated the BIOS via the flash button, but all USB ports still aren’t working. It seems everything is functioning well, so the problem isn’t obvious.

It seems the motherboard might be involved again. Previously, that was the issue. The CPU could have failed too, but that's less probable. Still, testing the setup separately inside the case is really useful!

It seems everything else is functioning properly, except for the CPU. The motherboard appears to be operating normally and is on. It might be the motherboard itself that's contributing to the issues.

It occurred to me this situation and it turned out the main M.2 wasn’t properly fastened. Once I re-seated the drive, everything worked again. The connection between the drive and the CPU would account for the warning light.

the motherboard contains many parts, but just because it lights up doesn't guarantee it works properly. @YoungBlade had a valid observation. Devices connected through PCIe directly to the CPU, like the main PCIe port and the first M.2 slot, might be causing the problem.

This might be the cause I'm considering trying it out and finding out the outcome.
