Sorry for the delayed reply, but I update my settings regularly. I also borrowed a friend's 1060, and FPS changed depending on the game—some performed better while others slowed down.

I’m still concerned about your CPU performance. Could you share your temperatures at the moment the frame rate begins to decrease?
