Hello, I've faced some issues with the frame rates in my games lately. It's been a while, but things have gotten quite unstable. I usually watch videos, but they don't accurately reflect the FPS since I'm just watching others play (like Rainbow Six Siege). When I jump into a game, my FPS drops dramatically from over 100 to around 18-60 and is very inconsistent. This problem seems consistent across all titles I play—no patches or updates seem to fix it. My setup includes an i7 CPU, an AMD RX 480 GPU with 1TB of VRAM, a 7200 MHz air cooler, 9GB RAM, and six channels. P.S., my GPU drivers are current. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

It occurs during gameplay, showing inconsistent GPU activity when I run it.

It might be a good starting point. Also, what about the GPU temperatures?

The GPU is just a few months old—I bought it before the mining boom started, and I always clean it once a month.
