Based on the motherboard and whether you have dual NVMe ports, certain standard SATA connections may be turned off when the NVMe port is active. Refer to your user guide for details about M.2 and regular SATA slots.

The initial two M.2 slots are unaffected by SATA functions. The third M.2 slot influences the SATA connections.

Successfully resolved the issue. The next step is installing the Windows installer disk, but the process initially lags a bit before indicating corrupted files. Looks like the third attempt will work.

Finally managed to get Windows running, and I'm impressed that my old RAID 0 drives are still functioning with all the data intact. That’s a nice bonus. However, I encountered a problem... Before diving into a total mess and reformatting a crucial drive, I have a 2.5" 1TB SSD that’s labeled as Backup-Beast. I’m not sure if this matters or if it’s just old leftover files from before.

After spending several hours fixing things, I managed to restore most of the software on my PC. The issue remains unclear—why only half of my RAM appears in the BIOS? I replaced the modules, but nothing changed. Plus, I own a Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (two 32GB units) with DDR4 3200 RAM, placed correctly in the A2 and B2 slots as per the manual... so why is this happening?
