I was viewing videos then it triggered a blue screen with a message about kernel security check failure. It attempted to restart itself but failed repeatedly, and when you connected the power, it didn’t boot into the BIOS.

Begin by removing all components except the CPU, one RAM stick, and power source. If it boots into BIOS, proceed by testing each part individually until the failure reappears.
