I was viewing videos then it triggered a blue screen with a message about kernel security check failure. It attempted to restart itself but failed repeatedly, and when you connected the power, it didn’t boot into the BIOS.

We require additional information and specifics beyond what’s provided. Details such as PC specifications, recent hardware updates, software modifications, Windows updates, drivers, frequency of occurrences, any patterns noticed, and troubleshooting attempts would be helpful.

The issue seems to be a hardware problem preventing it from entering BIOS. Possible culprits include the disk, RAM, motherboard slot, or power supply unit. Begin by removing all components except the CPU, one RAM stick, and power source. If it boots into BIOS, proceed by testing each part individually until the failure reappears.
