fuck nvm the psu is fine i was being a dumbass and used one of those paper clips with coating on it the colored ones lol. Turns out it is fine. Btw my motherboard is an asus prime b660m-a wifi d4 i don't think it has any led to see if it is working alright so i am going to asume the mobo is the issue. In short psu is fine
