I was assembling my PC using this video as a guide. This was my second build, and everything functioned properly until I inserted it into the case. After removing it, I tested again—it still wouldn’t power on.

What are your specifications? Have all the power cables been installed and secured properly? Are every component included?

Rtx 3060 with 12GB RAM, 32GB RAM, no case included. All cables are attached and secured, components are present but not inside the case.

That's accurate. The only alternative would be to disassemble and reassemble it, then test it.

I believe the PSU is the issue. I tried the test using the cables without fully understanding the steps, but now I realized the fan isn’t running. I might consider getting a replacement.
