I’m uncertain about the possible issue. A nearby computer shop could potentially offer assistance. Could it conceivably be due to a problem with the power supply?
It’s difficult to determine that definitively, without verifying it with components that are already functioning correctly.

I recently inspected the socket for any deformed pins, but instead found tiny white particles (possibly dust) on the pins themselves.

Could these particles be the source of the problem, and if so, how might I safely remove them?
While I understand alexoiu’s suggestion, I wouldn't recommend cotton swabs. Attempting to pull the pin could easily damage it. A short burst of compressed air from a distance is a much better approach, and I agree with the assessment. You appear to be experiencing several issues that warrant attention.
It appears the issue originated with the mainboard. I received a new one and upon startup, it fails to initiate a restart cycle. Nevertheless, it did shut down spontaneously (without restarting) because I had neglected to install a fan. Aside from this, the system seems operational. However, currently, my display is not identifying any video signal; despite swapping out the memory and processor. Perhaps there’s a specific element I am overlooking?
