Overclocks often lose stability due to voltage-related wear. Typical GPU and memory speeds range from 1.5x to 2.0x the base clock. Common temperatures usually stay between 40°C and 60°C.
Well, I'm feeling a bit foolish. Turns out my GPU was running at default settings. It seems it might have switched back to those earlier levels, which is why I still have the screenshots from the Heaven benchmarks I ran two years ago. At least this suggests my undervolt settings didn't cause instability—they just didn't exist at that time. Now I'm leaning toward the SSD being the culprit. I don't understand why it would slow everything down, but there could be some unknown interactions at play. If the issue continues, I might have to replace the SSD, which would be a real hassle.
