I purchased the B650 Tomahawk Wi-Fi and Ryzen 7 7800X3D, updated the BIOS to support the CPU. The build is complete, but when I power on the PC I see no display and the CPU and VRAM indicators light up. I’ve tried reinstalling the CMOS and swapping in and out the RAM, but it didn’t help. Anyone have any advice?

It seems you're asking about the display method. Are you using the built-in graphics or a dedicated graphics card? Also, double-check that your HDMI/DP cord isn't mistakenly connected to the motherboard.

Consider removing the graphics card and connecting your display port cable to the motherboard to test functionality.

Interesting, how many RAM modules do you currently have? You said you cleared all memory and reinstalled it, but haven't you considered using just one stick? One of your two or four modules could be faulty.
