Occasionally after the crash, you'll notice related information about GPU drivers in the event viewer. The NVIDIA driver version 391.35 is installed via the nvclean app from TechPowerUp. The problem also appeared with drivers from the official NVIDIA and ZOTAC websites.

Check if the problem happens on another display (disconnect from the screen, connect via the same cable to another TV or monitor)

I also purchased the screen last month and added another item; when the screen goes black, I can still hear the audio through the video cable.
