Which display are you referring to as the BIOS screen? Are you observing the screen displaying MSI during startup? Installing Windows on it should not cause damage, except possibly for the GPU driver which can usually be resolved.

I'm having trouble getting the screen that displays MSI information during startup. It should show details like CPU, memory, storage, etc., and prompt to click BIOS at the top. In the tutorial, I followed the steps and got to BIOS when connecting the GPU and powering it on, but my system doesn't behave the same way.

So I tried all their suggestions and discovered that unplugging the GPU from the motherboard, then plugging it back in, and then using del during startup helped. Thanks for the assistance!

He doesn't have built-in graphics, and most popular aftermarket consumer boards without their own graphics aren't available anymore since the days of those early AM3+ motherboards that were essentially upgrades from AM3.

Yeah, I understand igpus were outdated (old school), but I was thinking about alternatives. At least he managed to get it working.
