I recently assembled a gaming PC and connected my monitor to the GPU's HDMI port, but it isn't showing the BIOS. Do you know how to resolve this issue?

Are you checking if the BIOS is current, since an outdated one might prevent the CPU from functioning properly?

Would receiving the components automatically ensure the BIOS is current?

Are you experiencing two separate problems: the new build isn't showing a display and the BIOS menu isn't functioning?

You're not allowed to log in to your original account, but you're okay. All systems are functioning properly except for the fact that connecting an HDMI cable to the monitor and GPU doesn't show the BIOS screen.

How would you proceed with verifying this? You haven't installed the Windows OS yet, the PC seems to work, and you're trying to show the GPU BIOS on the monitor.

Not always, if something has been lying on a shelf for a while it might change.

When your motherboard has onboard video capabilities, you might need to take that path temporarily to reach the BIOS and verify the update.

You're suggesting it functions properly but you're not observing the BIOS splash screen during startup. Quick boot could be active. Refer to your motherboard manual for the correct key to enter BIOS, then restart your PC and repeatedly press that key until the system powers back on.

Will try this out.
I have put all the components in the case and everything is assembled. After turning on the PSU, all parts light up and show they are getting power. However, when I connect the GPU to the monitor via HDMI, it doesn’t display the BIOS screen.
I’m also curious if installing Windows onto the PC and checking the GPU there would be effective. Would putting Windows on a system with a faulty GPU cause any harm?
