I own a BenQ Zowie xl2546 monitor. It functioned well for over a year until the display became blurry and low resolution, resembling old CRT TVs. I've checked settings, swapped cables, and tested with another laptop. BenQ service contacted me for warranty support, but they replaced the internal board without fixing the problem. They mentioned the images I sent appear normal, though it doesn’t show up clearly in photos. Anyone else experienced this issue and had it resolved? I’ve attached some pictures that highlight the problem. Help! WhatsApp Video 2023-02-03 at 15.23.25.mp4

Did you try a different cable and port on your GPU? HDMI versus DP cable/port, and whether it's used with the built-in setup or another computer?

In Windows, the display should operate using its original resolution. Similarly, the GPU control panel should also show it running at its native resolution.

Thank you for your message. I've experimented with various cables, including HDMI and DisplayPort, and the resolution remains at 1920x1080@240Hz in both Windows configurations and NVIDIA ControlPanel.

No, I haven't checked for an updated graphics driver yet.

Updated graphics driver installed and tested on another computer as well, but the problem persists.

Sure, navigate to the display settings and capture another image.

I also observed this problem becomes clearer on a darker background.

Try setting it to 21.5 - (16:9). Could you also capture a photo of the 'Picture' above the display? It's tough without the screen in front of me, haha.

Same issue occurs with version 21.5, it only crops the display area on the monitor file IMG_1775.MOV
