It's interesting what occurs when you assume you understand something but lack the knowledge. I’ll have to address a pretty tough question before simplifying it all. Even with incorrect BIOS settings, the system would likely boot up and then report a CPU failure.

Hey everyone, thanks a lot! I really value your support. The tip about the butter knife is now part of my toolkit (just in case). This was a useful practice—I thought all ASUS boards were up to date, but I didn’t check everything thoroughly.

Butter knives also work well for removing tough 24-pin connectors and various power connectors.
