It seems the screwdriver method isn't effective. The board appears functional with the orange standby light and RGB changes on the cooler and cover plate. Everything fits correctly, yet it doesn’t power up at all. It’s unusual for such rare motherboards to fail this way, but I’m considering alternative approaches before fully taking it apart or returning it. I’m really hoping for a solution. Are there any steps I should remove or detach to prevent booting?
What processor are you running? Is this a device you recently purchased?
Which processor is used? What graphics card is installed? Which power supply unit is connected? How much RAM is available? In which slots it is placed?
Confirm the pins are correct and test another metal tool for jumping them.
The processor is an AMD 3600, and the device was intended to be brand new, yet it appeared to be older.
If it seemed worn out and you purchased it thinking it was brand new, send it back.
