Hello everyone, I’m facing a tough issue with my PC. It keeps loading the screen before it works properly, and I’m really struggling to fix it. I’m not very familiar with computers, and since my ASUS machine is under warranty, I want to avoid any extra charges. The problem began after I tried updating my graphics card again—seems like the update didn’t install correctly twice. Then the screen went black. After turning it off for a while, I restarted it and was shown the RoG boot menu, but the loading area is stuck and won’t progress. I’ve tried several fixes: changing the battery, accessing BIOS, adjusting CMOS settings, and resetting to defaults, but nothing helped. Asus tech support didn’t assist much and seemed a bit dismissive. If you could suggest some steps, that would be really helpful. I’m a student on a tight budget and need this working so I can keep up with friends and play some games smoothly. Is it possible the hardware is faulty, or did I make a mistake? I’ll share my PC link for reference: https://www.microcenter.com/product/6618...-gaming-pc (Updated March 28, 2023 by whattadilemma)

I can provide details about the components such as processor, motherboard, graphics card, etc. If it's a pre-built unit, I can also share the model name.

It might be related to hardware, but I suspect driver problems are causing the issue with Windows. Start by running the Windows Boot Repair/Recovery tool and see if it boots Windows afterward. Restarting the computer a few times and then turning it off should trigger the advanced boot menu where you can select your preferred option.

Consider advanced repair methods first, then try a startup repair and let it complete. This could resolve the issue; if not, did you receive a USB drive with Windows installed on it with the computer?
