they don’t have to move many units if they reuse tech from other items, and share it with genuinely practical next-gen products, while raising the cost to something only a tech enthusiast would afford. In essence, this could be a method to pay a significant sum just to be an ASUS beta tester.

The space on my shelf fits just the 10-port Netgear, unfortunately there’s no room for a larger rack, which means I have to use several smaller switches instead.

Mentioned the model number was important. It helped identify the product correctly. I set up a shelf between the water heater and HVAC system, connecting the wall jacks. I'm looking for a 48-port switch similar to the ES-48-LITE.

It's affordable and offers 25Gb ports with 100Gb uplinks. The 10Gb standard is quite outdated now.
