Attempted various methods already—like using the reset button with power on for ten seconds—but none helped. I also tried adding more RAM just in case, but that didn’t work either.
Yeah... it was a bit odd but it ran smoothly with the available RAM for about 10 to 20 minutes during the Windows 10 setup. I didn’t change the BIOS settings at all. I ordered this to check out the HyperX 16GB Fury DDR4 2666MHz 1Rx8 Non-ECC CL16 (Kit of 2) [HX426C16FB3K2/16]. It’s listed as compatible, and since it’s at 2666 MHz—not 3200—I’ll keep you updated. I attempted a single stick of RAM in slot 2. Have you checked any other slots for that same stick? Did you test the different RAM sticks in other slots? It might be just one defective RAM module, while the others are working properly. The estimated time of about 10 to 20 minutes suggests a faulty or damaged RAM stick. As the Windows installation proceeds, more information is being written to the RAM. Likely there is a faulty chip or bad cells within one of the RAM modules. When the system attempts to access that defective memory, it fails and displays the DRAM error indicator.
