Thanks for the note. It actually made a difference. Still wondering how he figured out the MSI voltage was around 1.4sth volts.

No two CPUs are exactly the same. It's more of a rough estimate.
I just went through the whole post.
The first point suggests keeping the vcore under 1.5v.
The second advises staying below 62c.
The third says the CPU will begin throttling at around 72c.
This is my old FX 8350.
