Turn off built-in graphics in the BIOS and plug every screen into the dedicated graphics card instead.

The room feels a little warm, but I'm sure that's okay because I don't think those are the main problems. I want you to check if your computer is actually using the 1650 card instead of the built-in graphics on the CPU. Look at the picture below; find the red circle and look for ports like HDMI. You need to use one of those connections, not the ones straight up from the motherboard. (I couldn't find a photo with this exact model that showed a separate GPU attached). Next, make sure the 1650 drivers are current, because old versions can cause slow performance issues. Just update them now using https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverRe...9887/en-us When you install the new drivers, use Nvidia Geforce Experience to automatically pick good graphics settings for most games and your TV. That's a smart choice if you don't want to mess with all the settings yourself. Finally, you said this computer is connected to a TV, right? Is it a 4K screen by any chance? If so, the GTX 1650 isn't strong enough at all to run those new Star Wars games smoothly.

Yes, so I have my monitor connected to that one. That specific HDMI cable goes straight into the red port on your PC. The other HDMI connection I use mostly just for showing up when I set up my desktop on a computer, but it only comes out if I do that. My graphics driver isn't quite up to date, and even though I try to update it sometimes, it doesn't fix the problem. The game "Jedi Fallen Order" is installed right on your PC itself. Starbound goes on Steam and is on my portable hard drive (I think). But when I play other games through Steam like Dead by Daylight or Overwatch from that same HDD, everything works perfectly fine. That's great to hear! Thanks so much for the help!

What screen are you running this on? If it has more than 1080p, I think the 1650 won't work well at low settings.

You might turn off your built-in graphics card from the Device Manager. Find it at Display Adapters, where you'll see Intel UHD Graphics 630 listed.
