I’d say 80C is perfectly acceptable. The 1.4V seems a bit high, though some people manage it without issues. For lasting use, I’d aim to keep the voltage below 1.35V. I think lowering the frequency to around 5.1GHz and reducing the voltage would be a good approach, but that’s just my opinion.
