P95, furmark and some tests seem completely out of place. If you can spam R20/R23 and Blender without issues, you're in good shape.

The exhaust pulls air from the back of the case beneath the GPU, allowing dust to get in. The front is too tight so even with intake fans it won’t help much. The design creates negative pressure, which is the main issue. If you don’t increase throttle under normal conditions, it should work fine.

“Good” here means reliable performance rather than absolute stability. Focusing too much on stability at stock clocks isn’t a major concern—things will hold up as expected. If the program doesn’t push stress beyond what’s normal, then it works well. The PC is mainly used for typical workloads; occasional heavy stress tests are fine. Only if you regularly run hot programs should you think about upgrading components. Airflow is the biggest factor, so improving heatsink design helps, but proper ventilation is essential for optimal results.

It's possible the airflow isn't enough or the heatsinks aren't properly seated. Cleaning and reapplying paste helped, but the issue persists. The room temperature is likely between 25-30°C, which might not be ideal for sustained high loads. Consider checking fan speeds, ensuring proper mounting, or upgrading cooling components.

Under 20nm processors paired with +200W cooling are excessive for a basic U12S, though they perform well in gaming; similarly, high-end coolers around $30 work fine.

I’d install a vertical mount for the CPU cooler—never seen anyone doing it this way before. I’m in agreement with @Kilrah because I own a Zotac card. Those components generate a lot of heat and are near the CPU, which raises the surrounding temperature. What’s your idle temperature for the CPU and GPU? Which graphics card do you have? Your cooler is forcing hot air away from the GPU, which explains why the CPU stays warm. As I mentioned, switch things around—use a vertical cooler and direct the fan’s exhaust outward through the case vents.
