Looks fine, begin losing maximum clocks then adjust to -0.05v, generally a -0.05v shift is preferable over the default.

Do you think 0.1 is excessive? I attempted 0.08 but it wasn't allowed, hehe.

you can start with -0.1 and observe the delay when loading (~100MHz). Some chips won’t affect clocks at all, others will, making it a bit of a chance game. -0.05 would still help keep temperatures stable.

Unclear what you're referring to by load. I'm guessing you want to know the MHz drop at full performance per core. I checked three Cinebench runs and got close to the dark red, which matches the auto OC setting in Ryzen Master with a -0.01 offset. Light red appears with -0.01 without OC.

they're just right, the lower temps work better. 82°C under full load is fine.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems it reached a peak of 74, which is the highest it went. I stayed around 66 for most of the time. The experience was the best I've had so far. Appreciate your support!

np, the right settings depend on AMD and motherboard suppliers. Higher voltages help with the 3600 and 3700X models that have fewer cores, but it's not great for the 3900X. 66-74°C works well for the 3900X; you can still enable PBO in BIOS while keeping the negative offset to check if boost clocks are higher. If you don’t like the temperatures, just turn PBO off.
